If the item is no longer on the website, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team, we’ll be happy to check if there’s any incoming or remaining stock in our warehouse. Just let us know the item name and size you’re looking for.

Due to the fact that a majority of our inventory is seasonal and most of our products are available in limited quantities, we generally don’t restock any products, this usually means that once an item or size is out of stock, we will no longer receive more to sell.

Occasionally we will re-order stock. If there is an item that you would like that is out of stock, we recommend checking our website frequently for the most updated inventory and item availability. You can select the Notify me when available button on the product page to join a waitlist. You will receive an email if the item is back in stock. We cannot guarantee when or if the item will be re-stocked.

The upcycled fabrics we repurpose are high quality textiles no longer needed or suitable for production by luxury fashion or textile companies. These fabrics may have been rejected due to overstocking and surplus production and would typically be discarded in landfills. Upcycling these beautiful fabrics gives them a second life and helps to reduce waste and environmental impact.

1. Order cancellations are not accepted.

2. As return shipping from the UK and U.S. involves extended transit times and customs complexities, we’re unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for these destinations.

3. All sizes on the chart are for the largest external sizes of the clothes, not your body size.

4. Our designs follow Asian sizing, which runs smaller than European or US sizing. We kindly recommend sharing your measurements in the order note before placing your order, so we can help double-check the most suitable size for you.

5. All measurements are in centimetres. Minor variations of 1–3 cm may occur due to manual measurement. Please check the measurements provided on the product page or contact us prior to ordering to avoid sizing issues and return-related costs.

6. We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions (indoor vs. outdoor), and device imaging materials, slight color variations may occur. This is a common aspect of online shopping and is not considered a product quality issue.

7. We don’t offer custom sizing, made-to-order pieces, or personalized modifications. Discontinued styles are not reproduced once they are sold out, as each design is created in limited quantities as part of a considered production process.

However, please kindly note that some designs may fit differently depending on the style, such as oversized sweatshirts which tend to run bigger than the general guidelines.

All the sizes are measured manually, so there might be a small degree of human error (2-3cm). If you are not sure about your size, we recommend you to make a measurement before making any purchase. If your size is in between two sizes, for example, between S and M, we recommend you to choose a size up.

After careful consideration, we chose to use recycled mailer bags as a more practical and responsible option for our current operations. They’re lightweight, flexible, and better suited for international shipping, helping protect your order while keeping packaging minimal and efficient.

This choice reflects our ongoing effort to balance aesthetics, functionality, and mindful resource use. As our brand evolves, we remain open to refining our packaging choices with the same care and intention we apply to our designs.

Last Chance indicates that this design or specific variation is in its final availability.

It may refer to the last remaining piece, or the final slot available before a pre-order is closed. Once sold out, the design may take a long time to return, or may not be restocked at all. We cannot guarantee its future availability.

The Archive pieces are sold in their original condition; internal labeling or size tags may vary or be partially absent due to prior handling, while the garment measurements remain individually verified by our team prior to dispatch.

Please note that all items marked Last Chance or The Archive are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you have any questions about sizing or fit, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order, we’re always happy to help.

  • Wash only dirty clothes to save energy, water, and the materials longevity. Wash only full loads of laundry and sort the clothing by color and wash cycle. However, remember that with delicate wash cycles the washing machine should not be full, allowing more space for the clothing.
  • If you wash your clothes in the washing machine, tie any loose strings, and fasten the buttons before washing in order to prevent the material from stretching or snagging.
  • If you wash clothes that are made from thin or delicate fabrics, put them in a wash bag before machine wash. 
  • Remember that the temperature stated on the care label is the highest temperature that piece of clothing can take. Also, washing in lower temperatures is friendlier to the environment.
  • The two most gentle washing programs are the wool and silk programs. These programs are suited for the most delicate garments as well.
  • Avoid using the dryer and ironing your clothes as much as possible to save energy and give your clothes a longer lifespan. Instead, let your clothes air dry and steam them.

As noted on our website, orders can’t be cancelled once placed. Our system begins processing automatically, and since our team responds to all messages within 24 hours, we may not be able to catch cancellation requests in time.
