Ordering and Product
If the item is no longer on the website, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team - we’ll be happy to check if there’s any incoming or remaining stock in our warehouse. Just let us know the item name and size you’re looking for.
Due to the fact that a majority of our inventory is seasonal and most of our products are available in limited quantities, we generally don’t restock any products, this usually means that once an item or size is out of stock, we will no longer receive more to sell.
Occasionally we will re-order stock. If there is an item that you would like that is out of stock, we recommend checking our website frequently for the most updated inventory and item availability. You can select the Notify me when available button on the product page to join a waitlist. You will receive an email if the item is back in stock. We cannot guarantee when or if the item will be re-stocked.
If our team created a video for a product, we definitely would have shared it on our Instagram. If you don’t see a video, it just means we haven’t made one for that specific item. Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide extra pictures or videos on request.
The upcycled fabrics we repurpose are high quality textiles no longer needed or suitable for production by luxury fashion or textile companies. These fabrics may have been rejected due to overstocking and surplus production and would typically be discarded in landfills. Upcycling these beautiful fabrics gives them a second life and helps to reduce waste and environmental impact.
1. Order cancellations are not accepted.
2. There are no returns on UK and U.S. orders due to long transit times and complexities with customs.
3. All sizes on the chart are for the largest external sizes of the clothes, not your body size.
4. Our item is Asian Size, smaller than European or US size, please order 1-2 sizes up, or confirm your measurement before ordering.
5. All measurements are in cm (1cm=0.39 inch). There is 1-3cm difference according to manual measurement. Please checking the dimensions of the item, provided in the description, before purchasing an item to avoid the hassle and cost of returning an item. We offer store credit for incorrect sizing following above time frames and requirements.
6. We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions (indoor vs. outdoor), and device imaging materials, slight color variations may occur. This is a common aspect of online shopping and is not considered a product quality issue.
Our size guide is a general guideline for recommending what size we think best suits you! You can refer to here: Size Guidelines
However, please kindly note that some pieces may fit differently depending on the style, such as oversized sweatshirts which tend to run bigger than the general guidelines.
All the sizes are measured manually, so there might be a small degree of human error (2-3cm). If you are not sure about your size, we recommend you to make a measurement before making any purchase. If your size is in between two sizes, for example, between S and M, we recommend you to choose a size up.
We are always here to help you with choosing sizes, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can make sure you're satisfied with your decision.
Yes! An unboxing video is required for any complaints, refund, or return requests.
This step helps us verify and resolve any issues as efficiently and fairly as possible, while also protecting our small business from policy misuse. It also gives our team clear insight into what may have gone wrong, so we can prevent similar problems in the future.
We understand it may feel like an extra step, but it’s an important part of how we ensure a transparent and trustworthy process for everyone.
We totally understand the question - thoughtful packaging matters, and we care deeply about sustainability too.
When we first launched our business (from 2022 to mid-2024), we used wood-based cartons and premium rigid boxes. While beautiful, we soon realized they came with downsides: they were bulkier, more easily damaged during transit - especially in multi-stage international shipping - and came with a higher environmental impact due to added elements like magnets, lamination, and heavy printing.
Despite looking luxurious, these boxes are only a better option if reused many times and made from fully recyclable, uncoated materials - which, in practice, is quite rare.
So, from September 1st, 2024, we made a conscious shift to 100% recycled poly mailers. They’re lighter, more flexible, use fewer resources to produce, and reduce emissions during shipping. They also help us keep our packaging minimal, just enough to protect your item and create a lovely unboxing experience, without unnecessary waste.
We’re always open to evolving, and this choice reflects our current best balance between beauty, practicality, and responsibility.
All items that are marked Last Chance cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. We understand purchasing Last Chance items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
Absolutely! Every item is brand new and carefully quality-checked before shipping.
Starting September 1st, 2024, our team made the conscious decision to remove all garment tags and paper labels. This decision was made after listening to customer feedback: many found tags uncomfortable, irritating to the skin, or simply unnecessary, as they’re often removed right after purchase.
To reduce unnecessary waste, minimize our production footprint, and avoid using extra materials (like paper hang tags, twill cords, and wood-based cartons) that often end up discarded, we’ve chosen to keep our packaging clean, simple, and mindful.
Additionally, sewn-in labels aren’t always suited to our aesthetic, especially with delicate designs, sheer or transparent materials, or refined fabrics like silk, chiffon or organza, as they can interfere with the look, feel, or finish of the piece. We want every design to be as comfortable and beautiful as intended, without distractions.
This small change helps us stay focused on what matters most: beautiful design, thoughtful craftsmanship, and your comfort.
If you ever need garment care guidance or sizing advice, we’re just a message away and happy to help.
One Last Chance means this is the final slot available - the last one we’ll make before we close the pre-order. Once it’s gone, it may take a long time to reopen a new pre-order, or it may never come back. We can’t guarantee if or when a pre-order for this style/size will be available again.
- Wash only dirty clothes to save energy, water, and the materials longevity. Wash only full loads of laundry and sort the clothing by color and wash cycle. However, remember that with delicate wash cycles the washing machine should not be full, allowing more space for the clothing.
- If you wash your clothes in the washing machine, tie any loose strings, and fasten the buttons before washing in order to prevent the material from stretching or snagging.
- If you wash clothes that are made from thin or delicate fabrics, put them in a wash bag before machine wash.
- Remember that the temperature stated on the care label is the highest temperature that piece of clothing can take. Also, washing in lower temperatures is friendlier to the environment.
- The two most gentle washing programs are the wool and silk programs. These programs are suited for the most delicate garments as well.
- Avoid using the dryer and ironing your clothes as much as possible to save energy and give your clothes a longer lifespan. Instead, let your clothes air dry and steam them.
REPAIR
- Before throwing old clothes away, check if they are repairable.
- Please note that our buttons are sewn industrially, so we recommend reinforcing the stitches on the buttons when you start using the product. Unfortunately button detachment is not a reason for a reclamation. Luckily buttons and zippers are easily fix or replaceable. Use the spare matching button or replace all buttons to fix your garment or to give it a fresh new look. Zippers are easily fixed at your local cobbler.
- Holes and tears can be fixed by a professional tailor or by yourself if you have the know-how.
- If you want to give your clothes a new look, you can always alter them to your liking for example by cropping the hems of your jeans or trousers, or altering the silhouette of your old coat at a seamstress.
RECYCLE
- If you have no use for your clothes, you can sell, donate, or gift your unused clothes to give them a new life.
- If your garment is beyond repair, remember to recycle it properly at your local recycling station.
