‘Medusa’s Maiden’ is where Pre-Raphaelite portraiture steps off the canvas and into your wardrobe.
The dress is cut from crushed stretch velvet in a deep olive-moss, the kind of green that shifts from bronze to forest as light moves across its pressed, rippling texture. A subtly peaked sweetheart neckline sits atop a faux-layered collar, edged in delicate gold braid that traces the décolletage for a richly regal finish. Romantic leg-of-mutton sleeves gather full at the shoulder before tapering along the arm, lending that unmistakable air of court-dress drama. Turn around and the story deepens: a plunging V-back, softened by a sweet velvet bow, reveals just enough for a quietly alluring finish. A high-density knit lining keeps the velvet soft and breathable against the skin, slow to crease, while a side-waist zip slips the dress on with ease.
The corset is where the painting turns baroque. Woven tapestry in blush, sage and antique rose forms an inverted point at the waist, framed in gold braid and traced with fine draping chains that catch the light. A cameo-style medallion crowns the front above a row of gilt buttons, while lace-up ties at the back draw the shape to fit, defining and cinching the waist. It wears your romance on the outside.
The velvet itself is a lustrous pressed-pile stretch with a jewel-like sheen, lined in a soft, breathable knit that sits smoothly against the skin.

• Hand wash in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Gently and slowly swish the garment then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel and gently pressing to absorb lingering moisture. Ensure the garment keeps its shape by laying flat or hanging to dry.
• Use a steamer to get out creases in your item or simply iron inside-out on low heat, putting a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
