How To Measure
Bust
Place measuring tape at center of apex, wrapped relaxed around front and back of bust, for total circumference.
Natural Waist
Place measuring tape at narrowest point of waist, wrapped relaxed around front and back of waist, for total circumference.
Bicep
Place measuring tape 1" below armpit, wrapped relaxed around the muscle, front and back for total circumference.
High Hip
Place measuring tape 4" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips, front and back for total circumference.
Low Hip
Place measuring tape 8" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips, front and back for total circumference.
Inseam
Place measuring tape 1" below joint seam. Wrap measuring tape, relaxed around muscle front and back for total circumference.

The ‘Sheva’ belongs to the small club of dresses you don’t accessorise so much as accompany, all cowl-neck velvet and quiet drama.
We cut ‘Sheva’ from a silky-soft 260g velvet, its pile brushed dense and even so the surface holds a soft, shifting sheen that moves with you, like a hand drawn gently across the fabric. A reverse-nap finish keeps that signature velvet lustre alive, so the colour catches and deepens under the light rather than sitting flat.
The draped cowl traces the shoulders and collarbone beautifully, while gathers through the midsection follow the body to define the waist, with a little extra ease left through the front to smooth and skim rather than cling. At the waistline, an inverted-V detail quietly lengthens the lower half, and a backed, structured lining keeps everything crisp and upright for a polished line on the body.
Now for ‘Sheva’s party trick: the front hem is hand-pleated into an irregular twist, gathering close around the hips so it flatters without a hint of bulk, then releasing into a slit that reveals just a flash of leg as you walk.
We chose a classic, true black for ‘Sheva’: the most versatile shade in the wardrobe, and the one that lets the velvet do all the talking.
• Dry cleaning is the best way to extend the life of your item.
• Hand wash in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Gently and slowly swish the garment then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel and gently pressing to absorb lingering moisture. Ensure the garment keeps its shape by laying flat or hanging to dry.
• Use a steamer to get out creases in your item or simply iron inside-out on low heat, putting a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
