We’ve never wanted to bottle a French summer quite as badly as we did the moment ‘Atami Rose’ came together: roses thrown into a bonfire, blooming brighter for the heat.

Cut from a high-density silk-touch chiffon with a faintly sheer hand, ‘Atami Rose’ ripples like light on water when the sun hits it. The print is where the bonfire blooms: a 3D digital rose smudged and bloomed across the cloth, bleeding from deep crimson into pale petal-pink, layered so finely it reads less like a pattern and more like a bloom caught mid-haze.

Where the petals gather at the bust, a double-tiered ruffle softens the neckline, finished with delicate tie ribbons that lend a little romance and a little play. From there, the heat travels to the waist: a three-dimensional ruched panel hugs and skims at once, sculpting the torso before releasing into a fishtail fall. Fitted, never tight, it draws the line of the body longer and leaner.

The slim adjustable straps keep things delicate up top, grazing the collarbone and lengthening the neck, with just enough skin on show to feel quietly sultry rather than overt. Lower down, an irregularly cut ruffle hem tumbles in tonal, finely finished edges, scattered and a little wild, while a soft centre slit adds movement without ever giving too much away: every step carries its own drift.

A cotton-blend stretch lining keeps everything breathable and soft against the skin, and a centre-back zip makes her easy to slip into. Inside, clean enclosed seams mean she’s as considered on the reverse as she is on show.

That deep, fire-warmed red flatters across the spectrum, and ‘Atami Rose’ was born for garden parties, vineyard lunches and rooftop dinners that run on past sunset.
