How To Measure
Bust
Place measuring tape at center of apex, wrapped relaxed around front and back of bust, for total circumference.
Natural Waist
Place measuring tape at narrowest point of waist, wrapped relaxed around front and back of waist, for total circumference.
Bicep
Place measuring tape 1" below armpit, wrapped relaxed around the muscle, front and back for total circumference.
High Hip
Place measuring tape 4" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips, front and back for total circumference.
Low Hip
Place measuring tape 8" below natural waist, wrapped relaxed around the hips, front and back for total circumference.
Inseam
Place measuring tape 1" below joint seam. Wrap measuring tape, relaxed around muscle front and back for total circumference.

‘Abeni’ is the dress that lets you wander a sunlit garden and come back looking like a painting.
Look closely at the bodice and you’ll see the vintage thinking. Ordered ruching gathers across the bust in soft, deliberate folds, building a quiet dimension that flatters and lends a real sense of femininity, while a curved neckline traces the collarbone to draw out the shoulder line. The straps are doubled and gently shirred, cut wide-to-narrow for a vintage lean and set purposefully outward, so they sit flatteringly along the upper arm. At the waist, a seam curves inward to define the natural waistline and let the skirt fall away with all the more grace.
But the panels are what you’ll remember. Delicate floating pieces in fluid viscose layer at the neckline and waist before flowing down into the skirt’s seams, so the colour never falls flat. Instead it shifts and catches the light in soft, sculptural layers, breaking up a single hue with real depth and movement. It’s the detail that turns a simple satin gown into something with stories in it.
And the satin itself is beautiful, with a high, saturated lustre, smooth to the touch and easy to live with, lined throughout in a skin-soft satin chiffon. A concealed centre-back zip keeps the silhouette clean and uninterrupted.
‘Abeni’ comes in two shades worth lingering over: Porcelain Sage, a soft celadon green with the hush of a shaded courtyard, and Sunlit Coral, a warm peach-blush lit from within like late-afternoon sun.
• Dry cleaning is the best way to extend the life of your item.
• Hand wash in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Gently and slowly swish the garment then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel and gently pressing to absorb lingering moisture. Ensure the garment keeps its shape by laying flat or hanging to dry.
• Use a steamer to get out creases in your item or simply iron inside-out on low heat, putting a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
