‘Alberta’ is the ribbed knit dress that behaves like your favourite everyday tee and moves like something far more considered, worn from morning coffee runs to dinner with the girls to slow weekend wanders through the city.
The whole personality lives in the cloth: an exclusive 360g corded rib, soft and yielding against the skin yet backed with real spring, never collapsing against the body. Its fine vertical texture runs even and close, slimming on sight, while the built-in stretch flexes with you and lets the hem drift light and easy as you walk.
The waist is where the tailoring quietly earns its keep. Front and back princess panels are darted and pieced to carve a structured, boxy line into the softness of the knit, sharpening the waist while keeping room to breathe. Fitted but never tight, it traces the figure without holding it hostage.
That vertical cut flows straight into a full A-line, multiple shaped panels opening into a skirt that sweeps out naturally from waist to hem and falls into fluid movement with every step.
Up top, the square neckline sits just so, grazing the collarbone and softly defining the line of the neck. The widened straps are the thoughtful touch: broad enough to stay put and spare your shoulders any digging or slipping, and forgiving across different shoulder shapes.
‘Alberta’ comes in three quietly beautiful shades, each low and muted on the saturation scale and flattering against any skin tone. A soft almond carries its own soft-focus glow, luminous and camera-ready; a vintage-leaning light khaki reads timeless and pairs effortlessly with new-Chinese styling; and a cool water grey stays understated and endlessly commute-friendly. Worn solo or layered underneath, every one earns its place.
• Dry cleaning is the best way to extend the life of your item.
• Hand wash in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Gently and slowly swish the garment then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel and gently pressing to absorb lingering moisture. Ensure the garment keeps its shape by laying flat or hanging to dry.
• Use a steamer to get out creases in your item or simply iron inside-out on low heat, putting a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
