‘Earl Grey’ brings the polish of a classic trench to the charm of a vintage day dress, pairing a beautifully tailored cropped jacket with a sculpted A line midi silhouette for a look that feels polished without trying too hard.
The cropped jacket is the statement layer, crafted from a smooth blend of 97.4% polyester and 2.6% elastane for a softly structured finish with comfortable stretch. Its sweeping notched lapels extend into curved front panels that sit neatly at the waist, creating beautiful definition through the silhouette, while gently gathered shoulders add shape without feeling severe. Warm amber toned buttons lend a touch of vintage charm, complemented by antique bronze buckles at the cuffs. Turn to the back and an elegant curved panel frames the waist, finished with an adjustable buckle tab that lets you subtly refine the fit.
The matching dress carries that same tailored femininity through a fitted bodice and softly flared A line skirt. A folded lapel neckline frames the shoulders and collarbone, lending the silhouette a quietly formal, vintage feel while beautifully balancing the upper body. Two rows of warm amber toned buttons draw the eye through the bodice and accentuate the waist, before the skirt falls to mid calf, skimming gently over the waist and hips before opening into an easy, flattering shape that is particularly lovely on pear shaped proportions.
Wide shoulder straps are finished with vintage inspired rectangular buckles and eyelets, allowing you to adjust the length to your proportions for a more comfortable, personalised fit. • Hand wash in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Gently and slowly swish the garment then rinse with cold water. Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel and gently pressing to absorb lingering moisture. Ensure the garment keeps its shape by laying flat or hanging to dry.
• Use a steamer to get out creases in your item or simply iron inside-out on low heat, putting a cloth between the fabric and the iron.
